PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
- If you wish to issue a gift voucher, please inform us of this fact before paying for your stay.
- The price of your stay does not include the city and resort tax.
- In the case of stay packages, we issue advance invoices for 100% of the total amount.
- if the advance payment invoice is not paid within the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
- additionally ordered massages beyond the scope of the stay package are subject to the capacity of the massage parlors.
