When processing personal data, we honor and respect the standards of personal data protection and adhere to the following principles: we always process personal data for a clearly and comprehensibly defined purpose, by the defined means and in the manner only for the period that is strictly necessary. We collect the personal data of our clients and employees only to the extent necessary and do not transfer them to third parties, with the exception of those who are directly involved in processes within the company for the purpose of their necessary processing. Collaborating persons (e.g. employees, subcontractors) are required to subscribe to the principles of personal data processing of the controller and undergo regular training.

   1. Our website is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not process personal data of children under the age of 18.

   1. If you contact us via the website, you may be asked to fill in certain information about yourself or your company. This information may include:

We use the data you provide to contact you back and provide you with the information you have requested from us, or for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, i.e. making an offer or sending commercial communications about new products. All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing is required.

We may also use your name, surname and email address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications or services that we provide and that we believe may be of interest to you. The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of answering your questions or requesting information is a contractual requirement of ours, and failure to provide them may result in the failure to conclude a contract or to provide an answer to your questions.
      
      
   3. In addition, you can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time and this will not affect our other mutual relations. We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with our services or fulfill a mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act, or the Value Added Tax Act.

   1. We, as the controller, will process your personal data. We may transfer your personal data to our subcontractors for the purposes stated above to process them for us. Personal data may in particular be transferred to:

      The right of access means that you can at any time request our confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom the personal data are disclosed, for how long we will process them, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, where we obtained the personal data from and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is being carried out based on the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and for subsequent provision we may charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs.
      
      
   4. the right to erasure (the so-called “right to be forgotten”);
      
      The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, the processing is unlawful, you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or we are subject to a legal obligation.

      The right to restriction of processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only store it and, where appropriate, use it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
