Check-out (departure) - before 11 am - The resort does not accommodate pets.
- Payment:
- We require advance payment of 100% of the total cost of packages.
- If the invoice is not paid within the due date, the booking is automatically cancelled.

- 14 to 0 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount of services booked.
