Seasons and payment terms
Seasons
- 2026: 2.1. - 30.12.2026 (check-in date 3.4.2026 and 27.12.2026 not possible)
- The stay cannot be used over New Year's Eve.
Payment terms:
- The accommodation package does not include city and resort fees
- We issue advance invoices in in the case of stay packages, 100% of the total amount.
- If the advance payment invoice is not paid within the due date, the reservation is automatically canceled.
Cancellation conditions for individual stays:
- up to 14 days before the date of arrival - 0%
- less than 14 days before the date of arrival - 100% of the total price of the ordered services
