Seasons
- 2026: 2.1. - 30.12.2026 (starting date 29.10.2026 is not possible)
- Stay cannot be used over Christmas - New Year's Eve.
- We will be happy to offer you holiday , Christmas or New Year's Eve stays during these dates.
Payment terms:
- The accommodation package does not include city and resort tax.
- We issue advance invoices for 100% of the total amount for stay packages.
- If the advance invoice is not paid by the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Cancellation policy for individual stays:
- up to 14 days before arrival date - 0%
- less than 14 days before the arrival date - 100% of the total price of the ordered services
