- The stay cannot be used over 25.-27. September, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
- During these periods, we are happy to offer you svátecni´, Christmas or New Year's Eve stays.
Payment conditions:
- The accommodation package does not include city and tourist tax
- In the case of accommodation packages, we issue advance invoices for 100% of the total amount.
- If the advance invoice is not paid within the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Cancellation conditions for individual stays:
- within 14 days before the date arrival - 0%
- less than 14 days before the arrival date - 100% of the total price of the ordered services
